If your order doesn't perfectly match your nursery vision, we are here to help with a straightforward refund or exchange process.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct return shipping address.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully roll the stickers back into their original protective tube or flat packaging to ensure they remain crease-free and in resalable condition during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label or use your preferred tracked carrier to send the package back to our warehouse, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking number.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the stickers, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
